Beat's carnival parade brought 'All Things Bright and Beautiful' to Bangor on Easter Monday.
There was a great festive atmosphere as crowds of people packed the whole parade route through the town. The Police estimate an audience of 50,000 and actually put a call for people to stop traveling to Bangor as the town was at capacity!

The News Letter says:
ALL things bright and beautiful were yesterday on show in Bangor during a bumper Easter Monday parade.
...the seaside town saw even more colour when the All Things Bright and Beautiful-themed parade passed through, led by Mayor Leslie Cree
Large crowds lined the route from near the train station down to the marina.
Alderman Gordon Dunne said the parade had been a great boost to the local economy and a fantastic family day out.
"The place was buzzing and it appeared that most of Greater Belfast had turned out. It was a real carnival atmosphere with six or eight great floats."
Mr Dunne said there was impressive community participation in the events, especially from local schools.
"The highlight of the parade for me was a 20-foot giant made from metal with a plastic overlay. It was like something out of Jack and the Beanstalk," he said.
The parade started around 3pm and took some 45 minutes to pass through the crowded streets.
