Join – New Carnival Dance Workshops

Beat is looking for carnival dancers
Beat'n'Dance, a new carnival dance development programme,
is calling for dancers to join with carnival drummers from Beat'n'Drum (and eventually with musicians) to create a performance group that will add to the spectacle of carnivals and festivals in Northern Ireland and beyond.
No dance experience is required: just enthusiasm for being part of the group and for learning new skills. Free tuition is provided in return for a commitment to attending ongoing rehearsals and taking part in Beat performances.
Masterclass training workshops will be by led by Brasilian dancer, Jackson Pintoand after the first weekend there will be regular rehearsals on Thursday evenings.
So if you are over 18, looking for a new hobby, a unique way of keeping fit and to become part of something exciting - then please get in touch!
