Banlieues d’Europe
The Banlieues d’Europe network brings together artists, cultural and civic workers engaged with those who are often disadvantaged, marginalised and in conflict in their society. Art here is intended as the driving force of an exchange, of a communal reflection, of a new creativity shared with the population.
